The Boys & Girls Club of Whittier & Pico Rivera has been part of this community for generations. We run after-school and summer programs across 25 locations, partnering with 3 local school districts so kids have somewhere safe, engaging, and worthwhile to be when school lets out.
Our three focus areas — Academic Success, Character & Citizenship, and Healthy Lifestyles — aren't just categories. They're a commitment. A commitment that every young person who walks through our doors will be challenged, supported, and seen.
We serve youth ages 6 to 18. And we believe every one of them has the potential to do something great.

We also extend our deepest appreciation to outgoing Board President Carl Cheffers for his distinguished service, unwavering commitment, and meaningful leadership. His contributions have left a lasting impact on our organization and the youth and families we serve.

We’re celebrating National Chicken Wing Day by throwing it back to one of our favorite events of the year—the Wild Wings Classic! 🏀🍗
BGCW staff and Buffalo Wild Wings team members faced off on the court for an afternoon filled with friendly competition, teamwork, and plenty of Club spirit—all while supporting the programs and opportunities that help our youth thrive.
